If an independent assessment is required by the solicitation/contract, certification decisions are made by authorized C3PAOs (or the applicable government assessment authority for higher levels). For self-assessments, contractors submit the required assessment results and affirmations as required by the CMMC program and contract clauses.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our Services agree to:

Maintain responsibility for their own systems, data, and operations
Compliance ultimately remains the responsibility of the client organization.
6. Confidentiality

Specific confidentiality obligations are governed by individual service agreements or non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
